Refund policy
RETURNS
Products must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels attached in the original, undamaged packaging.
Unless the product is deemed faulty and a fault of RIGHTEOUS ATHLETE by our head office team, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund. You have 30 days to return your product.

GENERAL ORDER ISSUES
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage, incorrect items or missing / damaged items within your order.

CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we are unable to change the order.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for exchange or refund.
Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels, packaging, and Swingtags attached.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the time of receiving your item(s).
“Righteous Athlete” reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
HOW TO RETURN
Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original condition, all original labels must be intact and, in a condition for us to resell the product.
We recommend returning your items back to us via Royal Mail Tracked service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
RIGHTEOUS ATHLETE
Please note that you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with your return.

Please note, due to busy or seasonal periods, the returns process may take up to 10 working days to process.
We will send you an email notifying you once your return has been completed and processed.
EXCHANGES
When we receive your item for exchange, you will also receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team, the exchange process will be completed.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, or an item that was not ordered or if you believe it to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on orders@therighteousathlete.com with the below info:
